Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Cen Cal Sports, its programs and community activities, and to contact us. Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious files or code, or use forms for spam, impersonation or harassment.

Enquiries and program information

Please provide accurate information and only information you are entitled to share. Our contact form is intended for parents, guardians, donors, volunteers, partners and other adults. Please do not submit children’s medical information, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information through it.

Sending a message does not complete a program registration, reserve a place or confirm an event entry. Older event and gallery pages may describe past activities. Contact us to confirm current dates, availability, fees and participation requirements.

Any program registration, parental permission, event rules or participation agreement will be provided separately where applicable. These website terms are not a sports participation waiver.

Donations and external payments

The donation link takes you to PayPal, where the payment is processed under PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices. A website enquiry or a page labelled as a donation confirmation is not evidence that a payment was completed; check PayPal’s receipt and transaction status.

Donations to Cen Cal Sports are non-refundable, except where a refund or reversal is required by applicable law or the payment provider’s rules. If you believe a donation was unauthorized or affected by a payment-processing error, contact marketing@cencalsports.org and, where appropriate, PayPal. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law or payment-provider rules.

Tax treatment depends on the organization’s qualified status, the nature of the contribution and your circumstances. Keep your receipt and verify eligibility before claiming a deduction.

Website content and photographs

Text, logos, photographs and other materials may belong to Cen Cal Sports or their respective owners. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted permission to reproduce or commercially use its content.

Contact us if you want permission to reuse content. Do not misuse images or identifying information about children or other participants. Parents and guardians can contact marketing@cencalsports.org about a photograph or privacy concern, identifying the page or image without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

External websites

Links to PayPal, social networks, merchandise suppliers, partners and other websites take you to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. A link does not mean that we control their content, availability or handling of information.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but pages may be updated, unavailable or incomplete. Confirm important program, event and payment information directly with us before relying on it.

We may update these terms when website features or practices change. The published effective date will identify the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
