Cen Cal Sports’ passion is to promote physical fitness, team building, and healthy lifestyle habits among children. Our running program is designed for kids of all ages and skill levels, and provides a fun and supportive environment for them to develop their athletic abilities.

Through a combination of group workouts, individual coaching, and fun games and activities, participants will learn the fundamentals of running and build endurance, speed, and agility.
