Cookie Policy

Effective 14 October 2026

This policy explains cookies and related browser technologies on cencalsports.org. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website or service can store in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage and security identifiers. They can support essential functions, remember choices or, on services that use them, measure activity and provide advertising.

What the current website uses

The current Cen Cal Sports website application does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not store preferences in localStorage or sessionStorage. Images, fonts and styles used by the site are served from the site itself rather than embedded social-media or advertising widgets.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and may use necessary security cookies or related security signals when protecting a request. These technologies help detect automated traffic, maintain security checks and reduce abuse. Which security technologies are used and how long they last can depend on the protection required for a visit.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form by processing browser and connection signals. The form also uses temporary security tokens held in page memory. These tokens are not an advertising identifier or an application login cookie.

External payments and links

The donation link takes you to PayPal. PayPal’s website can use its own cookies and similar technologies under its policies. The current Cen Cal Sports site does not embed the PayPal payment SDK or collect payment-card details.

Links to social networks, merchandise suppliers and partner organizations also take you to external websites. Their cookies and browser-storage choices apply when you visit those services; they are not controlled by this site.

Your choices

You can review, block or delete cookies using your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking necessary security technologies may prevent a verification check or the contact form from working. If the form is unavailable, you can email marketing@cencalsports.org instead.

No optional advertising or analytics scripts are currently loaded by the site application. If optional technologies are added later, we will update this policy and provide choices or obtain consent where required. Continued browsing is not treated here as consent to future optional tracking.

Do Not Track and updates

The current site application does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track setting. It does not currently load advertising or cross-site analytics scripts. Necessary security functions and independently operated services have their own behavior.

The published effective date will identify the current version of this policy. Contact marketing@cencalsports.org with questions about cookies, security technologies or the website.
